Alfec is a growing and innovative engineering and fabrication business based in Yass. As our workload and capabilities continue to expand, we’re looking for a motivated and reliable Draftsperson to join our team and help shape the future of our business.

About the Role
This role will suit someone who enjoys a varied workload and wants to grow alongside a developing business. You’ll be involved in:

âś…3D modelling and design

âś…2D drafting and detailing

âś…Shop drawings and manufacturing documentation

âś…Material take-offs

âś…Basic estimating and project support

âś…Working closely with fabrication and project teams

Software Experience
Experience with some or all of the following is desirable:

Autodesk products

âś…Revit

âś…Inventor

âś…Fusion 360

âś…Laser cutting software

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

âś…Self-motivated and proactive

âś…Reliable and organised

âś…Able to work independently and as part of a team

âś…Keen to learn and develop their skills

âś…Comfortable adapting to a variety of tasks as the business grows
