Something that our new employee James was working on from home while being off for 6 weeks due to a surgery, coming to the end & off for tuning today!
This started as a Cammed L77 turned into stroked LS3 supercharged beast!
Callies crank, Callies Compstar Rods, CP Bullet Pistons, BTR Stage 3 Blower Cam, Tremaniac Ported Heads, All the good stuff!

He done the following;
-Stripped the L77 out
-Acquired a brand new built LS3 stroked to a 427
-Installed a new shauns custom alloy valley plate & painted valve covers, timing cover, all bolt on brackets idlers etc
-Installed the Ls3
-Installed a full LSA Pulley & Idler setup
-Installed a LSA Drive setup in his Magnuson 2300 charger
-Installed the Magnuson along with a set of 1200cc injectors
-Wired in Davies Craig Electric Water Pump
-Installed 12L Supercharger coolant reservoir
-Installed Shauns custom alloy catch can
- Installed 3800 Stall Converter for 6L80E
-Installed PWR Heat Exchanger
-Brand New Fenix Performance Radiator
-Slapped on a Granatelli 105mm Throttle Body
-Literally replaced every bolt he could with ARP Bolts
-Rebuilt the diff with Harrop Trutrac Centre & Motion gears
-Threw in a 1500hp rated tailshaft
-Rigged up a KPM Street Fighter 1500HP in tank fuel pump
-Merziere Flexplate
-ATI Harmonic Balancer with ATI LSA Blower Pulley with 5% Overdrive

We love having him with us at Full Blown, for him to produce work like this for an apprentice is mind boggling! Goes to show the effort you go through when you have the motivation and the passion to get it done! 🫡👌🏼

Its been a LONG 6 months and we have finally finished our first of many shop car builds!!
Many long nights, blood sweat & tears and even sleeping at the shop to get this finished!

All original running gear removed, stacked, wrapped and stored on shelf
Engine bay cleaned and ready for new combination
403 stroker with harrop 2650 supercharger with all supporting mods (very meticulously built, best of the best was used)
Fueltech FT550 Dash and harness
Mako motorsports dash cluster with fueltech wideband cutouts
Turbo 400 with transbrake rated for 1500hp installed
Ecu relocation
Brembo 6 pot front 4 pot rear big brakes with supporting parts (rotors, adaptor brackets etc)
Astra power steering pump with in house bracket fabbed
Full built diff, harrop eaton trutrac centre with dana & spicer 3:7 diff gears
Harrop diff cover
Reverse pattern ratchet shifter with stock surround installed
Billet flex plate
Custom tailshaft to suit 1400hp
Custom dominator 3800 stally
Dss Cvs with billet stubs rated for 1500hp
Full coilpack relocation with coil pack brackets fabbed in house
Fully fabbed supercharger coolant reservoir
Electric waterpump with temperature control pad installed
Trans cooler installed
Pwr radiator & heat exhanger installed
24/7 steam port kit with braided lines
255 Walbro in tank feeding 2 walbro 525 pumps in surge tank in boot
Full custom dual 3” exhaust with 2” custom headers
Engine Dynoed by dandy engines made 1003hp at the crank and a nice 855FtLbs of torque on 18psi, combo tuned together at PSI Fab

This turbocharged SS ute came to us with under boosting issues and a severe shudder on take off. The customer supplied a variable exhaust cut-out valve to be fitted up. We supplied and fitted a new centre bearing for the tail shaft whilst the exhaust was removed for welding. Another happy customer heading into the festive season ready to boogie! 👌🏼
