Another milestone on site at Bateman’s Bay High School.

Four truckloads in, with this latest delivery bringing a noticeable shift in energy across the project. Teachers and students alike getting their first look at the incoming commercial equipment — a clear sign of what these spaces are about to become.

This project will deliver two new Food Technology classrooms alongside a fully equipped commercial preparation area, designed to support both learning and real-world application.

Proud to be delivering this for our client Joss Group, continuing a strong run of education projects across NSW.

Another quality educational project delivered by the team at AMSS Group.

We’re proud to have partnered with Constructions on the new build of the Macintosh Building at Oakhill College, delivering fully custom fabricated stainless steel solutions across:

• 3 x Food Technology Kitchens
• Dedicated Foodtech Learning Spaces
• Preparation Room
• Commercial Scullery

Our scope included design collaboration, in-house fabrication and full installation of commercial-grade stainless steel kitchen equipment and benching, purpose-built to suit an educational environment requiring durability, hygiene compliance and long-term performance.

Utilising items custom made by our local Illawarra team — fabricated, welded, finished and installed to meet the high standards expected in modern educational facilities.

Projects like this showcase what we do best — precision stainless steel fabrication for complex commercial environments.

Thank you to Constructions for the opportunity to contribute to another outstanding facility. Along with quality design, our teams worked seamlessly together across all aspects of the project ensuring the finished product will only exceed client expectations.

Handcrafted brass details, done the hard way ✨

We had the pleasure of fabricating and installing custom brass perimeter trims to the marble island bench and dining table on this beautiful project by
, built by .

Each brass trim was crafted entirely in-house at AMSS — from rolling and welding through to polishing for a seamless finish.
The contrast between solid brass, natural oak timber and marble brings warmth, precision and timeless character to the space.

Proud to share one of our recent fit-outs at Archie Rose Distilling Co 🥃

This bar was all about material honesty and craftsmanship — combining hand-finished copper with precision stainless steel fabrication to create something that looks as good as it performs in a high-volume environment.

From the 3-dimensional bullnose bar profiles to the custom stainless work behind the scenes, every detail was designed, fabricated and installed with commercial use front of mind. Built to last, easy to maintain, and finished to a standard that suits one of Australia’s best distilleries.

This is what we love doing — commercial kitchen creation, bespoke bar fabrication, and turning raw materials into functional showpieces.
