1. Leading Hand/Operations Manager
Preferably a Sheetmetal Tradie with HVAC Experience
As a Leading Hand/Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our HVAC sheetmetal fabrication workshop, ensuring smooth production processes, and leading a talented team. This is a critical role, and we are looking for a candidate who is proactive, highly organized, and has excellent leadership skills. You will mentor and train apprentices and new staff, ensuring that quality craftsmanship and safety standards are consistently maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations and workflow, ensuring smooth and efficient production.
• Lead, mentor, and provide guidance and training to apprentices and new employees.
• Manage and troubleshoot computer-operated machines such as Plasma, WaterJet, Coil Line, and Router.
• Liaise with customers to ensure high-quality service delivery and maintain strong relationships.
• Work closely with the team to ensure safety and quality standards are met at every stage of production.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in HVAC manufacturing and Sheetmetal Fabrication.
• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
• Experience in factory management, site measurements, and customer relations.
• CamDuct and CNC machine experience (Plasma, WaterJet, Coil Line, Router) is highly desirable.
• A commitment to high-quality craftsmanship, safety, and continuous improvement.

2. HVAC Sheetmetal Fabricators - Trades Assistants

• Manufacture HVAC ducting and perform sheetmetal fabrication according to project specifications.
• Support team members in the production process, ensuring efficiency and quality at all stages.

• Collaborate with other team members to meet deadlines and quality objectives.
Skills and Qualifications:
• HVAC experience is desirable, along with sheetmetal fabrication, or other related trade skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team, contributing to a positive and cooperative work environment.
• A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
