Fitter / Turner Machinist / Hydraulic Technician

Rapid Hydraulics & Pneumatics is looking for the right person to help grow our Hydraulic Service Division in the Albury–Wodonga region.

Based in Albury/Wodonga, we service a wide area including Wagga, Yarrawonga, Benalla and the High Country. This role suits a motivated, qualified tradesperson who enjoys variety, independence, and hands-on work both in the workshop and out in the field.

✅ What we’re looking for:
• Qualified Fitter / Machinist
• Minimum 5 years trade experience
• Hydraulic experience highly regarded
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Australian Citizen
• Manual driver’s licence (Forklift & MR licence an advantage)
✅ Your day-to-day work will include:
• Hydraulic pump, motor & cylinder repairs and testing
• Hydraulic fault finding and onsite servicing
• Hose replacement, machining & basic welding
• Servicing equipment across manufacturing, timber, food, heavy industry, earthmoving, hydro power & agriculture
