The Demag AC 220-5 is 220 tonnes of capacity without the usual complications.
Cranes in this class often require extra setup, counterweight logistics, and tighter planning. This one is built to be more efficient from the start, getting on site and to work with less hassle.

On site, it’s just as practical. Its compact 5-axle design and flexible outrigger setup allow it to operate in tighter spaces where cranes of this size usually can’t. Tight access jobs, inner-urban sites, constrained footprints.

You’re also getting the reach to match. 78 metres on the main boom, with additional reach through extensions when the job demands it.

And what really sets it apart is the IC-1 Plus system. Real-time lift calculations mean more accurate planning, increased lifting capacity, and the ability to handle lifts that would typically require a larger crane.
