Running an X15 engine, this rig came in with snapped timing cover / idler pulley bracket bolts.

We got to work extracting the broken hardware, precision re-threading, and installing heavy-duty helicoils to restore full strength to the threads.

🛠️ The Job:

• Extracted snapped timing cover & idler pulley bracket bolts
• Re-threaded and installed helicoils for a rock-solid thread repair
• Reassembled and torque-checked to get it back on the road safely

Good precise thread repairs save time, money, and costly housing replacements! ⚡️
