Did you know that cavitation is a word? It means the formation and violent collapse of v***r-filled bubbles in a liquid. It occurs when localized pressure inside the pump drops below the fluid's v***r pressure. When these bubbles move into higher-pressure areas, they implode, generating shockwaves that erode impellers and damage pump components.

A couple of weeks ago, some of our tradesmen had the opportunity to head out on a field trip to Queensland Cotton Corporation and get a behind-the-scenes look at their operations.

It was a great experience for the team, especially seeing all the components we’d repaired in our workshop back in place and performing as they should. Always rewarding to see the results of our work out in the field!
