Oven installation day

The Locantro team received the new Bongard Krystal+ ovens, stacked together with a 9 tray and a 4 tray capacity replacing their old mini rack oven.

The new ovens with the Sensitive 2 control panel offering huge flexibility and power savings with variable fan speeds, partial oven loads and Eco mode.

We look forward to trying the croissants from the oven!
