Progress Update

Our guys have nearly completed this 7.7m x 6.6m skillion carport in Pilton for one our customers.

What a great addition to create undercover protection from the harsh Aussie elements. We all know storm season is upon us, luckily this client is now protected.

Out with the old & In with the new.

Our clients had an existing old timber shed that was just not holding up to its previous abilities any longer. They approached us with a new plan and we delivered.

When FarmFest gets busy, everyone pitches in.

The first photo captured a moment many visitors probably didn’t notice — Ryan jumping in to help the team, taking down details and chatting through upcoming projects.

Many people know Ryan as one of the founders of R & F Steel Buildings. What some may not know is that he also runs a lucerne farm on the Darling Downs. It’s one of the reasons rural projects have always been close to home for us.

From machinery sheds and workshops to hay storage and fertiliser bunkers, Ryan understands these buildings from both sides of the fence — not just as a builder, but as someone who relies on them every day.

As R & F has grown across Queensland, one thing hasn’t changed. Every location is owned and operated by locals who take the time to listen, understand what customers need and help find the right solution for their property.

This shed was recently completed out at Maryvale for one of our repeat customers.
Our client required a large shed to house all of his equipment, trucks and storage of parts. We were more than happy to help. Ensuring a streamlined construction timeline from start to finish along the way.

Another job with a tight back yard and awkward positioning. We kept constant liaison between our client, following up with several site visits and sticking to the correct procedures for council process's, we were able to achieve exactly what our client required for this limited space.

Tight Space, Big Dreams!

Our client came to us with a great idea for a shed but had some limiting factors onsite due to size of the shed, fall on the land and positioning on the block.

After careful consideration, onsite meetings with our contractors and plenty of back and forth with the client, we were able to come up with a plan.

This shed comes in at 9m wide x 15m long x 3m high to the top of the gutter.
Featuring 600mm overhangs & roll top barge capping to match in with the existing house.

Roof & Walls Insulated with CSR Bradford Performa 4.0 Insulation.
2 x Electric Roller Door Motors Installed to the Roller Doors
15° Roof Pitch
2 x Sliding Windows Fully Framed inside the shed
