We are currently looking to bring someone on to assist with the day-to-day admin side of the business, as things continue to grow.
The role would involve supporting general operations, including managing enquiries, organising bookings and schedules, handling basic invoicing and paperwork, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
We’re after someone who is organised, reliable, and easy to work with — someone who can take initiative and help keep things on track without needing constant direction.
Previous experience in admin essential with knowledge of Xero and construction/manufacturing industry advantageous
The position can be flexible depending on availability and experience, with the opportunity to grow alongside the business. Possibility to turn into a full time role as we grow for the right applicant.
