We adapted our go to twin 3” to single 3.5” system to suit the IRS rear squeezing a 14” muffler in the middle. Tucked up as high as possible from the headers back.

Tig welded 304 Hurricane mufflers with euro 4 400 cell cats ready to pass emissions testing and dB testing for engineering and dot compliance.

Kaileb’s GU patrol in for 2.5” 304 stainless cooler pipes, 3” turbo back exhaust and airbox install.

We usually do Ali cooler pipes these days but the kit previously fitted (existing holes) goes through the guard like most off the shelf stuff. This means the cooler pipe is exposed to the tyre, being a 4x4 we opted for stainless for durability.

While it’s a bit more work with the power steering lines and cooler we prefer to go under the airbox keeping the intercooler pipe inside the engine bay on the Gu patrols.

Michaels Mazda 3 in for a 3” 304 stainless custom exhaust system to get the most out of his fresh engine rebuild. The car presented with an off the shelf system that was fouling in the body in multiple places.

We fabricated a new system with a high flow cat and single straight through hurricane muffler. Purge welded, Vband connections with a 4” exit.

Dom’s GU patrol in for the works. Dom removed the intake manifold, turbo manifold, ufi turbo and cooler pipes off his previous patrol Ute that we done a few years ago now. The plan was to reuse what we could in the series 4 wagon with a few decent upgrades aimed at reliability on remote trips up north. Works included

✅remove factory turbo setup, intercooler and intake manifold
✅double bake ceramic coat the rear housing, turbo manifold and dump pipe.
✅upgrade all studs including the head to titanium
✅EGR delete, modify heater lines for clearance
✅install plazmaman intake manifold and huge PDI front mount
✅relocate power steering cooler and reroute lines for intercooler pipe to run under airbox keeping it inside the engine bay
✅mount 14” Spal fan to the front of the intercooler plate
✅modify stainless cooler pipes to suit FMIC and repolish
✅3” 304 stainless exhaust system, hurricane muffler, passivated and polished finish
✅install airbox and notch inner guard to suit 4” snorkel

We’ve been working closely with No Limmits Charters over the past few months to help set up their new 8m catamaran.

This vessel is the first wheelchair-accessible charter boat in Perth, Western Australia.

Our scope of work included:
• Fabrication and installation of aluminium fold-up / stowaway seating
• Cabin grab rail fabrication and fitment
• Upgraded wheelchair access ramps
• Extension of the cray pot tipper for improved ease of use
• Upgraded jockey wheel
• Various small modifications and improvements during the teething phase to ensure the vessel is fully customer-ready

We have been chipping away at bits and pieces for Toms 1984 F350 Cummins 6BT build over the past 18 months.

Tom has rebuilt the engine, trans, transfer case and both diffs with upgraded parts. A borgwarner SXE 362 provides the boost, with the rods in the engine being the limiting factor “only” rated to 750hp. This is gonna be a torque monster when finished for big road trips all over the counctry.

Credit to Tom on his fabrication abilities, It’s not often we take on jobs fitted up elsewhere but everything he’s brought in for us to weld has been spot on, allowing us to produce our usual quality on the welding side of things. Good fits produce good finishes.

We eventually took the car in at the start of the year to do a heap of final fitoffs of parts Tom fabbed and we had welded up in the past. Panel and paint are next on the list.

- Aluminium power-steering, alternator and aircon bracket assemblies
- Aluminium Airbox
- 3.5” stainless intercooler pipes
- 4” stainless exhaust system, purge welded, passivated and polished
- 5” snorkel, purge welded, seamless finished for powdercoat
- -bottom rad hose
- Machine bosses and Mount huge intercooler core to rad and a few other little bits along the way
