We are hiring a new Timber Sales Manager - This is a varied position where you’ll work directly with existing customers, walk in's and state wide accounts while also identifying opportunities to grow the business. You’ll play a key role across both sales and operations, working closely with the yard and logistics team to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage face-to-face and phone enquiries with professionalism and strong product knowledge
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities
• Monitor customer needs and market activity to support sales growth
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage invoicing using Xero
• Coordinate orders and deliveries with the logistics team
• Assist with yard organisation and daily operational flow
• Maintain strong communication across the team to ensure efficient service.
Would suit candidate with previous experience within the timber industry or building industry knowledge.
