It has been a while since we have posted a project or update but this one is one we had to share with our followers.! This project was a test from Wicks and Parker and was a challenge being a Reno Project but as always we provided accurate shop drawings within the short timeframe provided.

I wont sugar coat this feedback and its what makes us grow :-)

- Your drawings and model are tidy
- There was no fuss and you took everything in your stride, there were a few curly ones and changes, scope was bit of a moving target but you nailed it every time
- Some parts were hard to explain but you got it every time, your understanding and technical knowledge is on point bud
- And super quick man, you met the dead lines and busted arse for us

We take all projects on in the same manner and the outcome is what our clients require :-)

As we mentioned in our last post things are going strong for residential house drafting.!

This project required the assistance of Point Cloud Scan data to ensure a smooth and easy install.

Prelim site scans gave NSJ the ability to locate footing heights to suit the site contours, and after footings were poured a final site scan was done to ensure the fitment of fabricated steelwork was as easy as possible.

We havent posted anything since the start of the year as things have been very busy. A huge thanks to all our clients for the workflow!

This project was a great job to be part of working with a local Sunshine Coast fabrication company.

Residential House Steelwork seems to be a huge part of the works coming our way this year.

This house on the Sunshine Coast required the expertise to detail this steelwork to suit the Builders, Architects, Engineers and Steel Fabricators input to create an outcome to suit all needs.

Our Experience and Knowledge in the Construction Industry is backed by not only 25yrs of Specific Steel & Concrete Panel Detailing expertise but also comes with a life time of Building and Construction exposure with my father as Successful house builder.

While most concrete panel and steel jobs require separate drafting companies to provide the shop drawings, we handle both concrete & steel shop drawings inhouse.
