Well, you wouldn’t believe it... Five minutes from home after driving from Moree and bang, flat tyre. 😅

Now, you’d think someone like me would be prepared for such an occasion...You’d be wrong.

So, in the spirit of learning from my mistakes, here are three road trip essentials that might save you a headache on the side of the road:
1. Keep a block of wood in the car - perfect for getting enough height under the jack when you’re parked on soft dirt or uneven ground.
2. Check your spare tyre is good to go before you leave.
3. Don’t drive on a flat tyre and definitely don’t try to pump it up if it has bubbles or tears!
