As 2025 comes to a close, we’re taking a moment to reflect on what’s been a big year for Cresco Australia.

From delivering multidisciplinary projects across regional NSW and across the country, to strengthening the way we collaborate and design as one team, we’re proud of the momentum we’ve built this year, alongside the clients, builders, councils, project partners and communities who trust us to help bring projects to life.

A few highlights from 2025:

🔵 Continued delivery across civil, structural, mechanical and architecture project teams
🔵 More digital engineering wins, including 3D point cloud scanning and model-driven coordination to improve clarity, accuracy and buildability
🔵 Progress across major workstreams spanning transport and industrial facilities, solar farm infrastructure, community upgrades and regional developments
🔵 Celebrating an important milestone: one year as Cresco Australia (since 1 July). Same local team and service, with an even stronger national and international network behind us

To our clients, collaborators and friends, thank you for your support this year. We’ve loved working with you, and we’re excited for what 2026 will bring.

From our family to yours, we wish you a very Merry Christmas and a safe, restful New Year. 🎄

🚧 On Site with Cresco 🚧

A few of the Cresco Australia team rolled up their sleeves today, joining forces with Stockley Constructions and Ben Harvey Concrete Constructions Pty Ltd to lay Biax Foundations pods supplied by Absolute Mesh and Steel

With great teamwork and efficiency, the majority of the site was laid in under 1 hour!
An amazing demonstration of time saving on site!

Was an awesome effort by everyone involved! 💪
Big thanks to our partners on site for having us out. Great to see collaboration in action.

📌 Project Update: Nero – Estella, NSW

We’re proud to share the latest on Project Nero, an architecturally striking off-form concrete residence in Estella.

Cresco Australia was engaged to deliver the structural engineering for this bold, modern home, a first of its kind for the Wagga region. Using in-situ off-form concrete, a technique more common in commercial construction, this project pushes the boundaries of residential architecture.

Our team carried out an integrated analysis of the entire structure, blending the retaining wall footings into the slab and incorporating architectural features directly into the structural formwork, ensuring aesthetics and performance worked hand-in-hand.

One of the standout features is the cantilevered balcony, which adds to the sculptural form of the building and required meticulous coordination between design intent and structural engineering.
