New product! Track compliant belly pan WR450F
This is our fully MA-compliant oil containment belly pan, purpose-designed for track racing in motard classes. It holds over 3L, has rubber mounting to eliminate chassis damage, and tucks in tight for maximum ground clearance. Designed, tested, and made locally here in the Northern Rivers.

From 2026, an oil containment system is required for all road racing tracks in Australia — so if you’re running a newer model WR450F this gets you ready now.

Another belly pan model has been added to the store! 2016-2018 Husqvarna FS450 and KTM 450SMR.

The chassis rails are the same profile as the layer model, but there are no skid plate mounting tabs from factory.

As always there's a 3L capacity so it's fully compliant with the Motorcycling Australia regulations.

New product release for the 2023+ FS450 / 450 SMR riders.

This is our MA-compliant oil containment belly pan, purpose-designed for the new chassis and engine layout. It holds over 3L, keeps the footprint as small as possible, and tucks in tight for maximum ground clearance. Designed, tested, and made locally here in the Northern Rivers.

From 2026, an oil containment system is required for all road racing tracks in Australia — so if you’re running a 2023+ FS450 or 450 SMR, this gets you ready now.
If you’re racing supermoto, building a motard, or just want proper protection that fits the new-model bikes properly, this is the one built specifically for them.

Excited to share a project I've been working on, a custom-designed oil containment belly pan for the Husqvarna FS450 and KTM 450SMR, covering 2016–2022 models.

Designed and made here in the Northern Rivers in chemical and heat resistant black ASA, these belly pans have a 2L oil containment capacity with 2x 25mm drain holes for wet weather races. They are fully compliant with regulation 6.17.1.15, so you can roll into tech inspection with confidence.

Each pan is custom designed from a 3D scan of the bike, meaning it's built to fit properly — not a generic solution. A version for the 2023 and newer models is also currently in development, so stay tuned if you're on the latest generation.
If you're racing and want a simple solution to these new regulations, look no further.
