Today we smashed out the design, cut and folding of two custom fuel tanks for a Fj40 on 80 chassis build.

The main tank is taking up the maximum space it could, squeezing in 156L centrally located.
Then a 50L sub-tank in the rear.
Both have some pretty sweet internal baffling.
Should be a pretty good setup, only welding to go!

Another project we kicked off recently was this early FJ40 Shorty.
It's going to be soft top with a roll cage, with a 350 Chevy and 5 speed.

Finally kicked off our Work Truck project. 67' J300 Jeep Gladiator Tow Wrecker.
This one used to be a tow truck, so we are taking it back to its former glory with a tow boom, and Dually rear setup.

Drive line wise, we've got a healthy 6.5L Turbo Diesel Chevy V8 adapted to a GU 5 speed Manual.

Engine mounts and gearbox crossmember are being laser cut now, more to come soon!

We just finished up and dyno'ed a 400ci SBC swap into a HQ panel van.
This old girl is loaded up with:
- 2spd Powerglide
- huge converter
- Haltech Elite 950 EFI Conversion
- Flex Fuel
- Port Injection
- Strange 9" rear end
And all the other goodies you'd want to have in a classic, mean, all-motor street/strip weapon!

More video and a walk-around to come, but till then, here's what she's sounds like.

We had a GU Patrol in with a few goodies installed today.
- 2" springs front & rear
- Superior 3" Shocks
- Radius Arm castors correction bushes
- Front sway-bar extension/disconnect
- Rear 80 series bump stop upgrade, and a brake lines extension kit.

Rolling nicely and ready for the tracks!
