Behind every conversation with Pivotech, there are people making things happen.

Our Customer Care team is a big part of that, helping make the day-to-day dealings with Pivotech easier for our fabricators and installers.

From our Melbourne, WA, and Brisbane teams, they support customers Australia-wide processing orders, managing enquiries, assisting with delivery questions, following things through, finding solutions, and navigating the many things that come up along the way.

Nadine and James, pictured here, are two members of our Melbourne team, part of a much wider Customer Care team working with our fabricators and installers every day.

We spend plenty of time talking about our products. It’s just as important to introduce some of the people our customers work with along the way. 👋

We're in! 📦🎉

After a big few days, Pivotech Victoria is officially up and running in our new home at 965 Taylors Road, Dandenong South. All activity has moved from 160 Ordish Road to Taylors Road, and we're ready to go.

Collecting an order? Head to GATE 1 for pick-up.

Moving location is a mammoth task, but the teamwork, camaraderie, and pride shown by the Pivotech crew was incredible. 🙏 A huge thank you to every team member who stepped up and made it happen, including our Queensland people who produced extra kits to support NSW in the lead-up to the move.

🦚 We're proud of what we can achieve together. 💪

After months of preparation, Pivotech Victoria is just days away from relocating to 965 Taylors Road, Dandenong South. As of Tuesday 23 June, we'll be fully operational at the new address.

Here's what you need to know this week:
✅ Wednesday, 17th June: Last day for ad hoc ordering at the 160 Ordish Road trade counter. At counter ordering will not be available on the 18th (final day for collection) as the warehouse will be moving stock and it will not be accessible.
✅ Thursday, 18th June: COLLECTIONS ONLY at Ordish Road. All orders must be picked up on or before the 18th. New orders placed from this date will be available for pick up from 965 Taylors Road after 22nd June.
✅ 18th June to 22nd June: Relocation in progress. 160 Ordish Road closed. Phone and email support remains available throughout.
✅ Tuesday 23 June: Move complete. Full production resumes. Counter collections available at 965 Taylors Road — enter via Gate 1.

A huge shoutout to Eren Bulus from .glass for taking the time to reach out about his experience with our own Trae Spiteri. Trae made a special trip to Bundoora to help sort out an issue onsite. And clearly left quite the impression.

Big news: we're moving! 🎉

In July 2026, Pivotech Victoria will relocate to 965 Taylors Road, Dandenong South.

When we moved to Ordish Road back in 2011, the warehouse felt so big it was hard to imagine ever outgrowing it. But 15 years of incredible growth, more talented team members, more great products and finishes, and a steadily growing kitting service, means we're well and truly bursting at the seams.

The Taylors Road space will let us keep growing and serve you better than ever.

Everything currently at 160 Ordish Road will make the move, including:

🔧 Product design and testing
🚿 Shower screen kits
🚪 Prefabricated wardrobes
🏬 Collection counter and showroom
💬 Sales and customer service
🧾 Accounts

We'll give you plenty of notice once the move dates are locked in, so you can plan your orders around any disruption.
