WANTED - Metal Spinner Trainee – IMMEDIATE START
Qld Metal Spinners in Underwood (Brisbane South/ Logan ) are in our 37th year and growing. We are a happy, flexible and supportive team, working only MONDAY to THURSDAY, with above award rates . We are looking for a capable person, with common sense and committed to a 4-year learning curve. This is interesting work, and you’ll become very skilled in a number of very employable disciplines, as you will be fully trained on presses, laser machines, and automatic spinning lathe.

Ideally, we would like someone who -
• Is not afraid of hard work
• Has some engineering or workshop experience
• Understanding of factory safety principles
• Driver’s License is necessary
• Your own transport, or reliable method of getting to and from Underwood.
• A Forklift License will be a definite advantage
• Understanding of metals is helpful
• We will train the right person if you don’t yet have skills
• Monday to Thursday 7am to 5pm
