We've just received our latest batch of 51.2kwhr battery systems. Get in while there is stock as the large proportion or rebate money ends 1/5/2026. Call me or the office if you have any questions.

It is applicable for replacement of old batteries, new systems and allowed on caravans, tiny homes, any dwelling. More than one rebate can be raised at the same property aswell provided it meets all the CER criteria.

Exciting news. We have just taken delivery of the first two of hundreds of full electric buses coming through our facility over the next couple of years being delivered to Transport for NSW. Our role is to ensure all the HV safety is in order, test and commission ready for pantograph charging. Harmonising multiple Australian and International Standards for a type of charging new to Australia.

Each bus is 400kwHr of LiFePO4 storage from CATL, one of the premier lithium ferro phosphate manufacturers of both cells and solutions. (Also great to drive)

This is something I finished tonight and I though Avida fans may appreciate.

This is for a current customer and it fits exactly in the existing battery tray and takes 3x of the new SafeBatt Pro 322Ah LiFEPO4 batteries (12.36kWhr) which is a lot of battery. The new ones have a few nifty features such as CANBUS if you want them to show data on a Victron screen, fire suppression, and now two new features, one is a low voltage pre-alarm signal and the other I think is very special in a motor home which is an on/off switch connection but it only turns off only the discharge MOSFET, not the charge MOSFET so it stops the battery going flat when not in use but still accepts charge from renewables.

I also squeezed some cable management and a Victron SmartShunt on the top.

When WISE Energy Pty Ltd took on the legacy of Electrical Maintenance and Manufacturing approximately 3-4years ago we found some photos of some amazing past work. Electrical Maintenance & Manufacturing had been in the Illawarra for over 30 years at the time and done some many large projects. Here is some nostalgia from the Illawarra.

Whilst the new switchboards we build today look a little different they are built on the same culture of high quality, made to last, Australian manufacturing.

Solving Voltage Drop Issues with the Ranger35

Sometimes, challenges require innovative thinking, and that’s exactly what we delivered for this customer. They were facing significant voltage drop issues due to undersized cabling to their building—a cable run that was simply impractical to replace.

To address this, we engineered a bespoke solution using our Ranger35. By reducing the maximum demand on the network, we were able to stabilise the voltage, allowing the customer’s equipment to operate reliably.

Additionally, the system is designed to handle network fluctuations. If the grid becomes unstable, it will automatically disconnect and switch to off-grid mode, running on solar and batteries until stability is restored.

This is a perfect example of how we combine cutting-edge technology with practical engineering to overcome real-world challenges.

Unfortunately, with Redflow being placed into administration many customers are facing the removal of their existing batteries and replacement. We've encountered a 60kWh system with at least three faulty units, leaving the client with a maximum of 30kWh. Our solution, we’ve replaced the flow batteries with 80kWh of SafeBatt Pro LFP. This upgrade not only enhances capacity but also ensures long-term reliability and performance.
