We’re incredibly proud to announce that Woodfield Engineering has been named a nominee in the 65th Queensland Training Awards for Small Employer of the Year – North Queensland Region.

This recognition reflects the hard work of our entire team and our ongoing commitment to creating real training opportunities, supporting apprentices and trainees, and investing in the future of our industry here in North Queensland.

From our very first apprentice to the strong and skilled team we have today, training and development have always been at the heart of what we do. To be recognised alongside so many outstanding businesses is an honour in itself.

Thank you to our staff, apprentices, trainers, clients and supporters who continue to back our vision every day. We’re proud of how far we’ve come and excited for what’s ahead.

We couldn’t be prouder of our apprentice Bailey 👏

Being named a finalist in Tec-NQ’s Apprentice of the Year Awards is a huge achievement and a reflection of the hard work, dedication and attitude he brings to the team every day.

Bailey is a great example of what investing in apprenticeships is all about — building skills, confidence and a strong future for our industry.

Well done, Bailey. This is just the beginning 🤩
