New 17mm form ply sealed on all faces and re screwed✅ Rubber cleaned and re applied with the correct glue ✅
Front section was still in really good condition so it didn’t need to be replaced

Toy hauler modifications 🚛

Simple deck space extension to accommodate a buggy.

All braced and plated correctly for the add-on ✅
Welded correctly ✅
Reuse of the headboard for the buggy to rest on ✅
The deck space is now 3.2 meters long and tows superbly ✅
All done and now ready to go off for blast, paint and seam seal ✅

For those that might be wondering why it hasn’t been welded to the drawbar at the front. Here’s why. Welding across a drawbar on a trailer is a massive no-no, as it adds a heat-affected zone and creates a stress point in the chassis that will crack. Instead, where necessary, it is better to weld parallel to the chassis to still allow for movement where applicable and to also add bracing

Just letting everyone know that we're away from the office and workshop today. Also having phone dramas so we apologise if you've tried contacting us and we haven't been able to respond. Getting it sorted as quickly as possible.

4 gates fabricated on site. A set of double gates that covers 11 metres across a driveway and 2 others at each end of the laneway to section it off when needed ✅

Aluminium gate repaired after being reversed into. The customer thought they would need a new gate but the proof is in the pudding that you definitely don’t.

Repaired and done in paperbark as per customers request ✅
