Good afternoon. My name is Roman Yatsenko, a manager with SKY Agriculture, formerly known as SULKY. Beside me is our complete range of mounted fertiliser spreaders, from the smallest to the largest.
The DX20 is the smallest machine in our range, with capacity starting at 900 litres. It features mechanical adjustment of the application rate and spreading width. We have manufactured these machines for over 50 years. Although mechanically operated, our spreading experience ensures accurate and even fertiliser distribution. Adjustments require no changes to the blades or discs, and the operator does not need to contact the fertiliser.
Next is the DX30, with a larger hopper and integrated weighing system. It includes ECONOV section control and the electrically operated TRIBORD border-spreading system. Pressing one button inside the tractor cab reduces the spreading width for accurate work along field boundaries. Capacity is available up to 3,000 litres, with spreading widths up to 36 metres.
The premium X40+ and X50+ ECONOV models are larger, high-productivity spreaders. The X40+ can have a 3,200-litre hopper and integrated weighing system. Sensors monitor weight, slope and operating conditions to optimise performance. TRIBORD controls spreading along field boundaries. Adjustments are automatic, requiring minimal operator intervention. Simply enter two values into the monitor and begin working.
Application rates can reach one tonne per hectare, with spreading widths up to 44 metres, depending on the blades and fertiliser. SKY’s patented Epsilon blades accurately distribute fertiliser across the full working width. The longer blade throws fertiliser further, while the shorter section distributes it closer to the machine, producing consistent coverage.
Our largest mounted spreader is the X50+ ECONOV with SPEED CONTROL. This technology is also available on the X40+ as an option. The X50+ has a capacity up to 4,200 litres and includes the same technology as the X40+. Both models provide 12 spreading sections.
SPEED CONTROL automatically adjusts spreading width according to forward speed. Operators can travel at 20 or even 30 kilometres per hour while maintaining an even application rate and consistent working width. This patented SKY Agriculture technology allows the X50+ to spread fertiliser across widths up to 50 metres. Application rate and width are controlled automatically. Enter the required values and begin working.
Now I will show you an exciting technology presented at Agritechnica that received a Silver Medal at the Innovation Awards. It is called FertiEye.
FertiEye makes setting up FALCON and mounted spreaders considerably easier. Take a sample of the fertiliser delivered to the farm and distribute it across the testing tray. Photograph it using a smartphone, and FertiEye automatically analyses the physical and ballistic characteristics of that exact fertiliser. It then calculates the correct spreader settings.
Select “Transfer data” and the information is sent directly to the spreader. When the operator enters the tractor, the correct settings are already displayed on the terminal. The operator only needs to enter the desired application rate, and the spreader completes the remaining adjustments automatically.
FertiEye does not simply search for a similar product in a database, although the database contains more than 3,000 fertilisers. It analyses the exact fertiliser delivered to your farm. This is important because different batches from the same manufacturer can have different granule characteristics. FertiEye adjusts the spreader for the fertiliser currently being used.
The system is compatible with different terminals. Even without a SKY terminal, the data can be transferred to the spreader and displayed on the tractor terminal, regardless of manufacturer. This greatly simplifies the entire setup process. Thank you.
