Sometimes, when a new customer who is referred to us by one of our favourites hits the EPSSOS Button, our work week starts on the weekend! 🆘

Customer called Saturday night after breaking an elevator chain on his 623F in Cloncurry. With no OEM option close by, he asked his Mate who suggested he ‘Give EPSS a call, they’ll come up with something’

That’s exactly what we did!

📞 Called a Hot Shot Courier Saturday night
📓 Booked collection for Sunday morning
🔑 Opened up EPSS HQ After Hours
⛓️ Picked 5079307 chains from stock
🔩 Added hardware at customer’s request
🍬 Threw in some EPSS Lollies to sweeten the deal
🧦 Included EPSS socks for no reason whatsoever
🚛 Loaded Courier

Just a late night run to QANTAS Freight at Brisbane Airport with a critical solution for another satisfied customer!

After being told ‘No, Sorry. We can’t do that’ by their local OEM & several other aftermarket dealers, we received a call from a new Customer with an urgent machine down requirement at a remote site in The Northern Territory.

They gave the trusty old EPSSOS Button a solid WHACK! 🆘

All we did was….

🏭 Pulled the item from our Inventory at EPSS HQ
📦 Packed it securely
🍬 Added some EPSS Lollies to sweeten the deal
💻 Booked on QANTAS Freight Q-Go Priority Service
🛻 Drove from Toowoomba to Brisbane
✈️ Got it in the very next flight

Of course, all of this meant

⏱️ Downtime minimised
💰 Contractor Labour Cost reduced as parts wait was limited
