Nice easy job to start my week off, fixing a few exhaust leaks on this very clean STI Impreza. Had a brand new stainless exhaust fitted however the multiple slip-joint setup was less than ideal for sealing and future removal for other mods. Replaced the joints with a V-bands to seal the system properly and a couple of other small fix-ups made this customer very happy.

Little CA powered S13 Silvia just completed with full exhaust system and intercooler pipework. Did a basic bracket to support the bottom of the cooler, 2.5" alloy intercooler pipework with IAC provision, 3" alloy intake pipe, and full 3" turbo back stainless exhaust.

2.8L stroked R33 sorted out with a few bits and pieces over a couple of visits. First round was fitting the Plazmaman intercooler and plumbing it all up to the Garrett G35 and Plazmaman plenum, custom dump and front pipe to match into the existing exhaust, and a little screamer to finish it off. Second round after the car was tuned, sorted out the airbox/pod shroud and a combo can for the washer bottle and baffled catch can. Lots of different elements in this one.

This week saw Dean's GU Wagon get its new airbox setup and intake manifold fitted up to tidy up the Patrol's bay. Stainless intercooler pipes fabbed up to dodge the new airbox and both match in with the existing front mount. Picked up heaps of down low performance after the tune was touched up.

And that's a wrap..

After an 18-month hiatus and saying goodbye to the RB and IRS setup, my part of Connor's R33 build is finished for now.

In the latest round of surgery, the new 4-link 9" was pulled out and a few tidy up jobs finished. Also installed a rather sexy Anti-roll bar kit in the little real estate that was left above the diff.

The big job left was a full exhaust system to the back of the car, and go over the diff with it. 4" stainless steel from the dump pipe back to the diff, before splitting to twin 3" pipes to dodge all the barwork and take the diff travel into account, before merging back together on the other side to feed the 4" street spec muffler.

First hit from the fire barrel - issues with intermittent oil pressure and the gate struggling to catch the wutang war whistle's big turbo rush. Revised oil setup for the next crack and maybe just let her rip tater chip.. if the turbo's happy
