This year reminded us that progress is powered by our people and the communities we call home. The conversations, ideas and partnerships we’ve shared have shaped everything we do.

From all of us at ADG, thank you for being part of our journey in 2025. Wishing you a restful break and an exciting year ahead.

Our offices will be closed from 19 December and reopen on 6 January.

Supporting the community, one paw at a time 🐾

When the Dogs' Refuge Home WA INC in Shenton Park reached out for support inspecting their event marquee, our Perth team was more than happy to lend a hand.

This incredible organisation gives dogs a second chance – rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming more than 1,000 pups every year. Their annual Home Open event helped raise vital funds to continue this life-changing work for dogs in need.

Across Australia, our teams actively fundraise for and support not-for-profit organisations throughout the year. This month, we’re supporting the Dogs’ Refuge Home, Youngcare Australia, Movember, and the The Salvation Army Australia Christmas Appeal – all causes that make an enduring difference in our communities.

We’re proud to play a small role in supporting these initiatives, and we encourage anyone looking to welcome a furry friend into their family to consider adopting a pup from a local shelter. You’ll be giving a dog the ultimate second chance.

Riding among the World's best! A huge shout-out to Daniel, a Junior Design Technician in our Brisbane Construction Services team, who rode his heart out at the 2025 UCI Gran Fondo World Championships | Great Ocean Road Gran Fondo in Victoria over the weekend.

131 km of racing, nearly 2,000 m of climbing, through the Great Otway National Park and along the Great Ocean Road plus a new personal best over 100 km.

Months of training, focus and determination led to this fantastic result, finishing in the top 15% overall.

As a proud Colombian, Dan carries the spirit of the escarabajos – Colombia’s legendary mountain climbers – into every race and every project he takes on.

We’re stoked to have him on the team.

Buckets, not bruises! 💛
While Brisbane’s corporate giants were battling it out on the field at the Annual Corporate Rugby Tens, our ADG crew were on the sidelines doing something just as powerful, shaking buckets and raising voices for Youngcare Australia!

We had a team of volunteers out on Friday, proudly using their dedicated volunteer impact time to support a cause close to our hearts. No tackles, no scrums, just pure passion and purpose.

Youngcare is revolutionising the way young Aussies with high physical support needs live, championing freedom, dignity and choice. And with no recurring government funding, every dollar raised helps create real, lasting change.

We believe in the home advantage. Locals backing locals to build stronger and more inclusive communities. Our volunteer leave program is just one way we support the communities we work in, while empowering our team to make a difference

Huge thanks to the organisers, the players and every generous donor who helped us shake up the status quo. We’re proud to stand with Youngcare in building a more inclusive Australia.
