MCA Engineering is growing, and we're looking for experienced Concreters and MC Truck Drivers to join our team for a 12–18 month surface project in Mt Isa.

What we offer:
✅ 12–18 month project with ongoing opportunities
✅ Casual roles with the option to transition to full-time
✅ Competitive pay starting from $50–$60 per hour (dependent on skills and experience)
✅ Relocation assistance may be available for suitable candidates

Designed to support safe and efficient shaft operations, the system combines a 24m headframe, 1200 Class Winder, and integrated cage and stage systems into a complete shaft access solution.

This project highlights the strength of MCA Engineering's in-house capability—turning innovative designs into practical, high-performance solutions for the mining industry.
