It’s been a big year for ECA — our strongest yet — and one that’s asked a lot of us. As we look back, what stands out most is the dedication, resilience and heart of our team, and the unwavering support of our partners. We’re incredibly fortunate to be surrounded by people who show up every day with purpose, passion and a shared commitment to doing good work together.

As we close out the year, we also acknowledge someone who has been part of ECA’s story for a long time. After 13 years, Nadine is beginning a new chapter. Her contribution has shaped many of the milestones we’re proud of today, and we thank her sincerely for the care and commitment she’s brought to ECA.

To all, we hope the coming weeks bring rest, connection and time with the people who matter most. Here’s to another year of supporting each other and doing good business together.

About last night... ☕

Ben hit the road to regional NSW for a latte art smackdown hosted by the incredible team at ! What a night — incredible energy and a whole lot of love for coffee.
The local community and industry came together to celebrate the skills of regional baristas, and we were pumped to be part of it. We had the machines on the bench for the baristas to work on.

Huge shoutout to Cam and the whole Walcha Coffee crew for putting on such a brilliant event — and to everyone behind the scenes who made it happen. You nailed it 🙌

We’re proud to stand alongside the companies & individuals that consistently support events like this. It’s that kind of passion and commitment that keeps our industry growing and thriving across Australia

A great night on Friday celebrating our ECA team 💫

2024 has been a big year! We have loved sharing incredible moments with our network of manufacturers, resellers, roasters, technicians, home baristas and everyone who lives coffee like we do.

We’ve welcomed some new members into our ECA family and at the end of this week, we will wish two familiar faces, Kevin and Nick, all the very best for their next adventures.

ECA is a committed team of like minded coffee lovers. We continue to develop the business with our combined skills, quality control and most importantly, our customer service across all aspects of the specialty coffee industry.

Our sales team look after our network of specialty coffee roasters, retail distributors and cafes Australia wide. Sales are facilitated and coordinated by the team with our customers needs at the forefront of every order.

Our technical team are at the core of everything we do, providing in house preparation, service and repair of all our commercial and domestic equipment. We work with a select group of service agents throughout the country, providing online and over the phone support and advice for our partners.

ECA maintains a comprehensive inventory of associated spare parts for all machines that the company has ever sold to date.
