Sheetmetal Labourer, Casual position.
4 day working week.

​We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and hardworking Sheetmetal Labourer to join our busy workshop team. This is a hands-on role where you will support our tradesmen in the fabrication, assembly, and preparation of high-quality sheetmetal products.
​
​Key Responsibilities:
​Assisting trade-qualified sheetmetal fabricators and welders.
​Operating basic workshop machinery and hand tools (grinders, pneumatic tools, sanding/deburring machine)
​Loading and unloading deliveries, and moving materials around the workshop.
​Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Sheet Metal Operator - CNC Turret Punch

We're seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Operator to join our team, specialising in CNC turret punch operations.

Responsibilities:

- Operate CNC turret punch
- Operate Webber deburring/sanding machine
- Read and interpret technical drawings.
- Load and unload sheet metal parts.
- Utilise computer software to program, operate, and maintain CNC machines
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure machine functionality
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards
- Lift and maneuver heavy materials, requiring physical stamina and strength

Requirements:

- Experience operating CNC turret punch machines or similar equipment
- Proficiency in computer software, including CAD/CAM programs and CNC machine operation. 3D Design advantageous
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials (up to 20kg or more)
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring quality and precision in production
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment
