Another one sorted and ready to earn its keep.
✔️ Repaired aluminium cracks in the tipper body
✔️ Repaired chassis cracks in the steel frame
✔️ Line bored bottom pivot pin hole
✔️ Fitted new bush
✔️ Replaced top pivot bush

When pivot pins flog out and cracks start spreading, it only gets worse (and more expensive). Proper line boring and bushing brings it back to spec and keeps everything running straight and true.
If your gear’s starting to show wear — don’t wait for it to become dangerous when unloading.
