After years of trying to get the go ahead to run ANDRA tech inspected vehicles at our Taree events we finally made it happen on the weekend and who better to kick that off then our own home town local business and sponsor Speedflow Australia with Emma's junior dragster

Process Worker - Machine Shop
Location: Taree, NSW
Employment: Full Time | Hours 7am-3:15pm, Monday to Friday
Start date: ASAP
Speedflow Products is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Process Worker who aligns with our company values to ensure our CNC machine shop floor runs smoothly and efficiently.
If you are a team player, detail orientated, proactive, have strong communication skills and thrive in a fast paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Role Responsibilities:
✨ Maintaining Cleanliness: Regularly cleaning machines of swarf to ensure optimal performance and safety.
✨ Material Management: Ensuring raw materials are readily available for production, coordinating with the production team as required.
✨ Monitoring Operations: Keeping machines running smoothly by performing routine checks and basic tasks.
✨ Supporting Efficiencies: Assisting machine setters and other team members in maintaining a productive and organised shop floor environment.
✨ Troubleshooting Issues: Identifying and reporting any operational issues promptly to minimise downtime.
✨ The ability to follow policy and processes, and can adapt to changes.
Qualifications:
✅ Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential.
✅ Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and excellent time management skills.
✅ Physical stamina and ability to work on your feet and perform manual labour, which includes having the capability of handling heavy objects.
✅ Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others and in a team.
