Ready to get Fit, Firm and strong! 3 classes a day make it very convenient and at affordable rates.

Bootcamp #3 for 2024 starts Monday 11 March 2024.

3 classes per day, Monday to Friday at 05h45, 08h00 and 17h00 (classes are about 50 mins).

We operate on the beautiful Rondebosch Boys High campus and use outdoor strength equipment and bodyweight to give you a combination of toning, core and fitness. We also have an indoor venue for when it rains.

R595 per 4 week camp. Camps run back to back.
