Spark plugs never serviced
Ignition coils never replaced
And leaking valve cover

Washed the engine down
Replaced valve cover gasket
New spark plugs
New ignition leads and ignition coil

Recently we had a customer bring their BMW 325ci E46 in the workshop for misfire repair.
After diagnosing the vehicle we had misfire cylinder 1 to 6.

Removed ignition coils and had a lovely surprise,. 3 spark plugs flooded in water . And all coils burnt out, 6 spark plugs burnt out.

Replaced
6 spark plugs
6 ignition coils
And serviced the motor with fresh engine oil and filter.

BMW 320d came in with DPF fault code and coolant leak

Upon inspection, noticed connector under intake manifold is leaking.
Replaced the coolant fitting and done a DPF regeneration on the vehicle.
No more fault codes

BMW E92 325i diagnosed with coolant leak and oil leak.

Radiator and top hose joint has cracked due to heat and age,
Sump gasket leaking.
Repaired the vehicle by installing new radiator inc top hose. And a new sump gasket.

Customer had been elsewhere for some repair work.
Not sure if they went to a mechanic or a butcher.
Upon removal ,noticed majority of the repair was done with sealant.

We removed the sealant. Installed a new valve cover inc gasket. And a new vacuum pump.

BMW E46 325i Vehicle diagnosed with coolant leak and oil leak. Removed intake manifold and noticed coolant lines broken....
