Morrell Plumbing Pty Ltd approached us with a challenge: a worn-out exhaust pipe, damaged due to its proximity to the sea, needed to be replaced. The task involved installing a new 75mm stainless steel exhaust pipe vertically along the side of a building, approximately 30 meters high.

This is where Perfect Hire - skilled workforce and equipment hire for construction industry stepped in to deliver the solution. Our skilled EWP operator, using a Self-Propelled Telescopic Boom, worked alongside our experienced trade assistant to install the pipe step by step. The process included:

• Planning the Route: Determining the optimal path for the new pipe.
• Preparing the Pipe: Cutting and prepping the 75mm stainless steel pipe to the correct length.
• Marking the Mounting Points: Accurately positioning the brackets along the building’s side.
• Installing the Wall Brackets: Securing the brackets firmly in place.
• Attaching the Pipe: Sliding the pipe into position and tightening the clamps to ensure a secure fit.

With everything properly aligned and the installation complete, the project was a success, and the client was extremely satisfied.
