HOW DOES 'GUNITE' (DRY MIX SHOTCRETE) WORK?

Unlike wet-mix shotcrete, dry material is conveyed through the delivery hose using compressed air, with water introduced at the nozzle immediately before the material is sprayed.

Water addition and placement are controlled at the point of application, making the nozzle and nozzleman a critical part of the process.
