Multi-level structures with trusses demand coordination at every node.

This project in Castlemaine, VIC combines steel trusses, mezzanine framing, and column connections across multiple levels, all within a tight footprint.

Every beam-to-column joint, every truss diagonal, every bolted splice was modelled and checked before drawings were issued.

Car rental access ramps and pedestrian walkways.

When you're working on national infrastructure, every handrail post, every stair stringer, every landing needs to comply, not just structurally, but for access and DDA requirements.

This project required:
→ Ramp gradients coordinated with civil levels
→ Balustrade spacing to AS 1170
→ Stair nosings and tactile indicators integrated into the model

We detailed every element so the fabricator could build and the installer could fix — without a single site query.

A hip roof shed in QLD with this many purlins, rafters and bracing members needs detailing that accounts for every intersection.

Where rafters meet at different angles. Where purlins change spacing. Where bracing connects through the web of a rafter that's already carrying a cleat.

This connection detail is from a substation structure at Gold Mine.

A minibus carport and waste enclosure might sound straightforward. But when multiple roof planes meet at different levels, with bracing running in two directions, the detailing has to be right.

What you're seeing:
Full Tekla model, every member colour-coded by type
Alternate angle showing bracing and purlin layout
The actual structure on site, galvanised and erected
