The Landlay team had a fantastic time at our company Christmas celebration this year! 🎄✨

We kicked off the day with an exhilarating jet boat ride across Sydney’s world-class harbour — an unforgettable way to get the adrenaline pumping and plenty of laughter flowing. From there, we headed to the Munich Brauhaus in The Rocks, where we enjoyed delicious food and refreshing German beer.

Although we ended up a little wet from the jet boat adventure, it definitely didn’t dampen the mood. The day was filled with great company, big smiles and plenty of festive spirit.

We’re now recharged and ready for 2026! ⚡️

The Strata Community Association (SCA) NSW golf day didn’t go quite as planned thanks to some unexpected weather—but that didn’t stop us from having a fantastic time! ⛳️

While the fairways were a little soggy, the spirit of the day was anything but damp. From great conversations to plenty of laughs, it was still a wonderful opportunity to connect with colleagues, clients, and partners.

was a proud sponsor of the third hole and is always happy to support such a well-organised and meaningful event. It was a pleasure to connect outside the office and build stronger relationships on (and off) the fairway.

We’re back and ready to conquer 2025 with excitement and determination!

We had an incredible 2024, which represented the biggest year for Landlay in terms of team growth and development – and opening of our new office in Norwest. We also achieved record highs in the delivery of work orders, and we continue to actively manage a large quantum of remedial projects.

We’re stepping into 2025 with a clear focus on continued growth, client satisfaction and professional service offerings. As a part of this, Landlay is investing in improved staff training and quality control management.
