RSGx is pleased to announce the acquisition of High Impact Solutions Group (HISG), a leading industrial services specialist supporting hazardous and high-risk facilities across Australia and internationally.

The acquisition strengthens RSGxโ€™s ability to deliver mechanical and electrical solutions in complex environments - from chemical and sulphuric acid plants to uranium, high-radiation, and oil & gas facilities - and expands our presence in South Australia, where HISG is based.

We are excited to welcome Mike, Brody, and the HISG team to RSGx, bringing their expertise and culture into our integrated service offering across the entire asset lifecycle.
