On-site Stormwater Detention (OSD) tanks temporarily store stormwater flows to reduce flooding and protect downstream properties from damage. Regular maintenance is crucial to site compliance and the safety of our 🏘️ local community!

12 months of growth has delivered impressive two-metre vegetation on Alamora Estate’s Floating Treatment Wetlands (FTWs). Supercharging stormwater treatment with a modular system that can scale to meet future project needs!

Spanning 1,000 square metres, this FTW installation services a 37-hectare catchment and was deployed directly on top of the site's sediment basin. Reducing the footprint required compared to conventional wetlands, it enhances the site’s natural aesthetics by supporting plant growth on typically barren stormwater infrastructure.

Working in unison with a Flowceptor, which treats stormwater flows of up to 400 litres per second, this high-performance combination of stormwater assets helps meet compliance requirements for Wyndham City Council on this Melbourne Water sediment basin.

Surrounding the park’s central island with a total length of 162 metres, Atlan’s Floating Wetlands support renewal strategies while contributing to the broader goal of planting more than 25,000 native trees, grasses and aquatic plants.

Delivering 1,350 square metres of additional developable land on this flagship logistics project!

Our locally manufactured tertiary filtration solution, FlowFilter, will support water quality outcomes at Flagstone Logistics Estate. Located within the Greater Flagstone Priority Development Area, the estate is one of Economic Development Queensland’s premier growth areas.

Providing tertiary filtration and gross pollutant capture, three FlowFilters will help meet the project’s pollution reduction targets. Fully trafficable to Australian standards, the devices’ underground installation reduces the on-site footprint while maximising developable space.

Delivering a combined flow rate of 356 litres per second, the three systems will conserve 1,350 square metres of developable space compared with traditional bioretention alternatives, while delivering SQIDEP-verified pollution removal rates of:

💧95% Total Suspended Solids (TSS)
💧93% Total Phosphorus (TP)
💧45% Total Nitrogen (TN)
💧90% Lead (Pb)
💧53% Zinc (Zn)
💧100% Gross Pollutants (GP)
