🛠️ 1976 Ford Es**rt – Classic Motoring Done Right! 🛠️

This neat 1976 Ford Es**rt came into Mastertouch for a range of repairs, adjustments, and a registration inspection to ensure it remains safe, reliable, and ready for the road.

Work completed included:
✔️ Replaced outer tie rod ends
✔️ Replaced worn engine mounts
✔️ Re-secured alternator bracket and support
✔️ Replaced lower radiator hose
✔️ Installed the correct brake booster vacuum hose and connected it to the proper vacuum source
✔️ Tuned and adjusted the carburettor
✔️ Carried out registration inspection

Classic cars require attention to detail, and it’s often the small things that make the biggest difference. From steering and engine mounting repairs through to vacuum system corrections and carburettor tuning, this Es**rt received the care it deserves.

This beautiful 1958 Bentley Series 1 recently visited our workshop for some routine maintenance and inspection work to keep it performing exactly as its makers intended.

🔧🇮🇹Alfa Romeo 105 Spider Restoration Progress

We’re making great progress on this beautiful Alfa Romeo 105 Spider, with a significant amount of mechanical restoration work now completed.

The engine has been fully rebuilt and refitted, ensuring this classic Italian roadster has a strong and reliable heart ready for many more years of driving enjoyment. While the drivetrain was apart, a brand-new clutch was also installed to provide smooth and dependable operation.

To complement the engine work, we’ve completely refreshed the braking system with:
✅ New brake boosters fitted
✅ New brake calipers installed
✅ Braided brake lines fitted throughout

We also replaced the rear differential straps, an important maintenance item that helps keep everything secure and functioning as intended.

Now it’s off back to the panel shop to have the car refitted then brought back to us for the final adjustments

🔧🇮🇹 Fiat Osca 1600 Engine Rebuild Underway! 🇮🇹🔧

It’s not every day that a rare and beautiful Fiat Osca 1600 rolls into the workshop.

This classic Italian sports car is currently undergoing a comprehensive engine assessment. We have removed the engine from the vehicle, carried out a complete strip-down, and begun the detailed process of measuring and inspecting all internal components.

Every critical dimension is being carefully checked and compared against the original factory specifications supplied by the owner to determine the condition of the engine and establish the best path forward for the rebuild.

With rare vehicles like these, attention to detail is everything. Taking the time to properly inspect, measure and document each component ensures the engine will perform as intended while preserving the integrity of this special piece of Italian motoring history.
