Two more jobs completed today for our work vehicle.

Window tint. 35% on the front and everywhere else 10%
Ordered new number plates as well to suit the vehicle.

The tray has been completed and I couldn't be any more pleased with the outcome.

The spare wheel is used for the step to go onto the tray.

Two under body 20lt jerry can holders.

Three under body storage boxes that are large because of their depth.

Moveable rear hoop and roof bars. This allows for a canvas or PVC canopy to be made.

Prevision has been made to store a pair of ramps that can be used as ramps or traction boards or even a bridge as they are rated to 3.5t each.

Bottom of the front headboard as prevision to mount four additional 20lt jerry cans if required.

Just the finishing touches tomorrow then being picked in the afternoon.

It's been a long time coming but almost completed.

Been powder coated yesterday and will be on the truck fully completed on Thursday and really looking forward to seeing this tray on the truck with its many inclusions not shown in these photos yet.

The design of our new company 4x4 tray back is looking better than we expected at this very early stage.

There are still many additional items to be fitted and then painted in black powder coat to match the black on the vehicle.

This tray has been especially designed to allow our 8x8 amphibious vehicle to be transported into remote and difficult to reach areas for our drone related work.
