Multiple pair coil bundles through fire-rated walls can quickly create oversized and congested pe*******ons, making it difficult to maintain compliance while ensuring all services are properly sealed.

The Ryanbatt 502 provides a fast and practical solution for these conditions, with approvals across a wide range of wall and floor types and the ability to seal oversized openings with or without services. 💪

In a recent 2-hour fire-rated plasterboard wall test, an oversized pe*******on containing 6x pair coil bundles – each bundle including 9 & 19mm Copper pipes with 19mm FR lagging, 1x CAT6, 1x 6 mm2 3C+E power cable, and 1x 20mm PVC drain pipe was successfully sealed using a combination of Ryanbatt, Ryanfire HP-X Mastic, and Servowrap, achieving an FRL of -/120/120!

Insulated drink pythons can be one of the most challenging pe*******ons to firestop, with their multi-layer construction, lagging, and annular spacing, making compliant sealing difficult.

The SuperSTOPPER Mini is designed to address these complex service conditions, providing a tested solution for insulated pipe pe*******ons while maintaining fire performance and simplifying installation in tight service zones. 💪

In this fire test, a 110mm insulated (FR lagged) drinks line was installed through a 150mm concrete floor and protected using a combination of 60mm FyreBOARD Maxilite, SuperSTOPPER Mini 150, and FyreFLEX sealant. The system achieved the full FRL of -/120/120. 🔥
