Highlights from day 3 and 4

Visiting Konkua Okipa - a village that is part of the certified organic supply chain.

Visiting the Kenta wet mill and raised drying beds.

Was exciting to see new coffee trees being planted and existing ones being cared for.

Day started with another cupping.

We then got to visit Benny and his farm, where he grows a mix of fruit, vegetables, and coffee.

We also got to meet some mudmen, and learn the history of the Eastern Highlands.

Tomorrow we move on to the Western Highlands!
