Installed these arbors. Total of 22 of them , made them out of 100x100 SHS . Timber grain aluminium design. We installed to suit the surroundings of the apartment block.

Was a big process first of all we had install 44 plates , make sure they’re level and square.

Then weld the posts onto the plates , square them level them up.

Got water proof on top to cover the plates , afterwards they’ll tile it up.

While back I fabricated this heavy duty Aluminium frame for a club . It’s a stage frame for show performances.

Made it t out heavy duty aluminium material.
Welded plates for the wheels.

Got it delivered by a truck .
We installed the tracks and stoppers for the frame.

Also installed the locks as well.

Other trades came in and done the finishing touches.

Welded a plate to reinforce the locking tab, then weld the thick aluminium tab. AC Tig welded the tab on.

Fabricated 5 gates this week. Farming style design one as well , not the usual job I do but gave it a go and got it done.

Out of aluminium flat bar and RHS
100x50 RHS , 80x6 flat bar , 65x16 RHS .

Slight curve on top to give it that farming look.

Will be powdercoated and installed by landscapers.
