Guard rails have been fabricated and installed. Fabricated solid guard rails for trucks.

Welded elbows on each end , made them left and right.
Powder coating in safety yellow. Installed by the maintenance guy.

Handrail repair today in the eastern suburbs.
Previously the handrail got dented and damaged.

So cut the old one out and welded the new handrail in.
Welded then polished in , we had to mirror polish it at the end.

Installed these arbors. Total of 22 of them , made them out of 100x100 SHS . Timber grain aluminium design. We installed to suit the surroundings of the apartment block.

Was a big process first of all we had install 44 plates , make sure they’re level and square.

Then weld the posts onto the plates , square them level them up.

Got water proof on top to cover the plates , afterwards they’ll tile it up.

While back I fabricated this heavy duty Aluminium frame for a club . It’s a stage frame for show performances.

Made it t out heavy duty aluminium material.
Welded plates for the wheels.

Got it delivered by a truck .
We installed the tracks and stoppers for the frame.

Also installed the locks as well.

Other trades came in and done the finishing touches.

Quick mobile welding job at a pub . Locking tab got cracked . Was a aluminium gate.

Welded a plate to reinforce the locking tab, then weld the thick aluminium tab. AC Tig welded the tab on.
