While back I fabricated this heavy duty Aluminium frame for a club . It’s a stage frame for show performances.

Made it t out heavy duty aluminium material.
Welded plates for the wheels.

Got it delivered by a truck .
We installed the tracks and stoppers for the frame.

Also installed the locks as well.

Other trades came in and done the finishing touches.

Got them hot dip gal.

Welded a plate to reinforce the locking tab, then weld the thick aluminium tab. AC Tig welded the tab on.

Installed these handrails today . Made them out of aluminium .

Got them powder-coated in satin black.
Screwed on timber and core drilled to concrete, finally screwed on brick wall .

Fabricated 5 gates this week. Farming style design one as well , not the usual job I do but gave it a go and got it done...

Fabricated 5 gates this week. Farming style design one as well , not the usual job I do but gave it a go and got it done.

Out of aluminium flat bar and RHS
100x50 RHS , 80x6 flat bar , 65x16 RHS .

Slight curve on top to give it that farming look.

Will be powdercoated and installed by landscapers.

Truck hit the roof of a shelter at McDonald’s and it damaged it . Hit it so hard that it made it not straight.

Had to fabricate a new frame to hold the shelter , previous one was pretty damaged. Also welded flat bars to reinforce the shelter after we strapped it and clamped it back in.

Painter gave it a nice finish .

Quick on-site welding job at an Industrial area.

Welded a handrail that was previously rusted and ripped off.

Welded them both together, gave it a polish with a primer and a matching colour monument. 👨‍🏭
