Modern life has seen an increase in the shape and size of containers used for cleaning products. Spray bottles, nozzles, safety caps, and different shaped containers are used to catch a customer’s eye, but they pose problems for many production lines.

Many people assume that filling machines require the bulk product to be placed into an overhead hopper to be dispensed. The process, known as "gravity filling", was one of the first types of liquid filling machines.

Filling an overhead hopper is a manual process that is not required with our machines.

All of our filling machines have the option of drawing products direct from bulk storage, such as drums, vats, barrels or a reservoir. Because our machines use filling cylinders, they can pump fluids from floor height to fill containers.
