Question: When balancing, I find that there is still some residual vibration after I have applied the best solution for the balance weights. No matter what I do I can't seem to get the balance to an acceptable level.

Answer: The microphone setting in Windows is likely too high for your setup. Our hardware is very sensitive to vibrations by design. By default, the microphone is set to 50%. Adjust to a lower setting (say 20%) and repeat the balancing process.
