We are looking for a Metal Fabricator/Welder and/or Sheetmetal worker to join our busy and growing aerospace component manufacturing/maintenance facility. Working on a broad range of both general and aerospace projects, you will enjoy working with a small, friendly and talented team.
Our company has been supplying components for over 27 years for both general and aerospace customers. With CNC machining capabilities and a full welding, fabrication and assembly service.

• Experience with a variety of metals, especially Steel & Aluminium alloys
• Able to work autonomously and part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail
• Open to working overtime if required.
• Australian work rights are required for this position
• Must be experienced in both TIG and MIG welding processes
Highly desirable skills:
• Trade qualification
• Ability to produce high quality, precision small sheet-metal components
• Produce high quality welding services with excellent skills in Tig and Mig welding.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
• Provide quality, effective, and efficient fabrication services.
• Fabricating components / assemblies to the relevant production drawing.
• Grinding welded components.
• Salary will be determined by the successful applicants experience and qualifications.
• A welding test may be required.

The successful applicant will be working under our CNC Machine shop Manager, on a broad range of both general and aerospace projects.

Our new Brake Press has arrived and has been installed. Along with our CNC router this will aid in our Defence production work and broaden our Defence capability, which will allow us to employ and train more people in the Aviation/Defence sector.
