When we say family run, we mean it literally.

That’s Zemma, my wife and co-Director, and our three girls, Aviana, Jagger and Memphis, who have grown up watching this business being built from the ground up.

Elite has been part of their world since before they could walk, and honestly, that’s exactly why we do things the way we do.

When you call Elite, you can get Zemma or myself and we’re across every project we take on, because that’s the only way we know how to operate.

Our team, our fleet and our projects have grown a lot since 2018, but that part hasn’t changed.

Meet Dave, Elite’s Operations Manager.

Based at our Tanawha headquarters, Dave is the kind of person who makes complicated things look simple.

Whether it’s coordinating crews across multiple active project sites, keeping schedules on track or troubleshooting whatever the day decides to throw at the team, he’s helping hold it all together behind the scenes.

From large-scale commercial projects right around South East Queensland to residential builds here on the Sunshine Coast and even our own in-house Elite Developments, Dave ensures our teams on the ground have everything they need to deliver the quality our clients expect, every single time.

While Zemma’s business nous and strategic mind sees her Director role based primarily in our office these days, she’s not afraid to get her hands dirty!

Zemma’s proven time and again that she’ll go above and beyond for our clients.

We absolutely loved hearing Zemma share this story when we were picking her brains recently about the early days of Elite, and as much as she thinks it’s no biggie worth sharing, we think think she’s pretty incredible!
