Beenleigh Truck Parts is looking for a reliable and hardworking Yard Hand to join our busy truck wrecking yard, specialising in European and American heavy vehicles. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working outdoors, getting stuck into physical tasks, and being part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Organise and maintain parts and vehicle stock in the yard
· Load/unload trucks and containers using a forklift
· Dismantling vehicles and preparing parts for resale
· Keep yard clean, safe, and efficient
· Support workshop and office staff as needed
Requirements:
· Current forklift license (essential)
· Physically fit and able to handle manual work in all weather
· Basic mechanical knowledge (advantageous)
· Good attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn
· Ability to follow safety procedures and work independently
· Availability for work a Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 4.00pm schedule.
